Amazon announced its first soundbar back in September – the Fire TV Soundbar. Now it is discounted just in time for Black Friday. It’s just $99 now, which is going to shave $20 off of its regular price. Obviously not a huge discount, but at under $100, this does make it a rather interesting buy.

The Fire TV Soundbar has Fire TV built-in, as you might expect. What’s cool about this is the fact that it can take care of two needs with one HDMI port. It gives you a streaming TV platform, and an upgraded audio experience. Now, we’re not talking about Dolby Atmos here, but it does have Dolby Audio and DTS Virtual:X which is going to be a big upgrade over your TV’s built-in audio experience.
It’s a fairly compact soundbar from Amazon, and it really works the best with smaller TVs. We’d recommend getting this for a TV that’s 50-inches or smaller. Meaning that this soundbar is going to be really great for TVs in a bedroom or an office. It measures in at just 24-inches long and about 2.5-inches high. So it can fit under the TV too.
If you’re looking for a good soundbar that’s not going to break the bank, then the Amazon Fire TV Soundbar is definitely worth buying.
